Just a stroll away from the hotel, is the river Cherwell famous for its punting. You can also visit the Colleges of Oxford or the Ashmolean Museum. The Oxford Story, Sheldonian Theatre and Oxford Museum are also within walking distance. For evening entertainment, Oxford has two excellent theatres, the Playhouse and the Apollo.
If you wish to travel around the area, we are situated close to Burford, which is the gateway to the beautiful Cotswold hills, and both Woodstock and Blenheim Palace are close by. Stratford and Warwick are about a half-hour drive, as well as London which is only one hour by train. Whether for business or leisure, the Linton Lodge is the place to stay.
